Bubble Tents

Our Bubble Tents offer a seasonal, one-of-a-kind dining experience you won’t find anywhere else. Each private tent is surrounded by beautifully decorated outdoor scenery and designed for unforgettable nights with family and friends.

With a cozy, enclosed setting and a festive atmosphere, it’s the perfect place for celebrations, group dinners, and making memories over Tex-Mex favorites and margaritas.

Reservations are required.

And margs! Each reservation includes a private bubble tent for up to 8 guests and a shared, family-style Tex-Mex feast. From sizzling fajitas and fresh guacamole to queso, tacos, and dessert, everything is served to share in generous portions made for the table.


A full bar menu, kids’ menu, and additional sides are available for purchase.

8 People Prix Fixed Menu $275

The Velvet Cactus bubble tents are unlike any restaurant experience you’ve ever had before. The family-style concept with freshly-made, seasoned dishes will blow your mind. The huge portions of delicious Mexican-inspired appetizers, entrees, and desserts will not disappoint. Whether you have 2 people or 8, it’s likely you will leave with to-go boxes! Come pass a good time with family and friends in a setting that truly feels like a winter wonderland! (Drinks not included)

First Course
Guacamole, Queso Blanco, Bean Dip, Salsa and chips (no substitutions)

Second Course
Steak, Chicken and jumbo Gulf Shrimp Fajitas, smoked jalapeno and Cheddar cheese sausage, pico de gallo, sour cream, mixed cheese, lettuce, and grilled pineapple served with Mexican yellow rice, refried beans, black beans and chipotle cheese grits (no substitutions)

Third Course
Banana Chimichangas and Cinnamon Churros
Full Bar Menu, Kids’ Menu,  Soft drinks and additional side items available for purchase. Due to the business of the holiday season, no menu items other than those listed above will be sold in the tents unless otherwise discussed with a manager prior to seating.

  • Sunday–Thursday: 4:30 PM – 7:45 PM
  • Friday–Saturday: 4:00 PM – 9:15 PM

 

If a date appears in red on the booking calendar, it is fully sold out.

Rules

  1. NO SMOKING anywhere in bubble tent area.
  2. Do not let your kids run through the trees as this is dangerous.
  3. Maximum of 8 guests (children count as a guest) due to spacing.  Tents are limited to 8 people. No more seats can be added and please let us know if you will need any high chairs or booster seats beforehand.
  4. More than 30 minutes late will be considered a no show and we may cancel your reservation without refund.
  5. Inclement weather: We may have to cancel for weather which we will be happy to refund or do our best to reschedule.  Light rain and scattered showers are not a problem.
  6. Dining limit is 2 hours starting at reservation time: This is so we can set up for the next party. Please arrive early and check in with the hostess.
  7. Cancellations or date changes will result in a $25 booking fee. ***Due to credit card processing fees.
  8. Cancellations 8-14 before reservation date will result in 50% of payment forfeited. ***Due to credit card processing fees and staff scheduling & compensation.
  9. Cancellations within 7 days of reservation date will result in 100% of payment forfeited. ***Due to credit card processing fees and staff scheduling & compensation.

How do I book a Bubble Tent?
Select your date on the reservation calendar to view available time slots. Once a time is booked, it will no longer appear.
Each tent accommodates up to 8 guests total, including children of all ages.
Yes, each reservation is for a maximum of 2 hours starting at your scheduled time.
Reservations are $275 plus tax and 20% gratuity, which includes your private tent and prix fixe family feast.
Cancellations and changes may result in fees depending on timing, including partial or full forfeiture within 14 days of your reservation.
Arriving more than 30 minutes late is considered a no-show and your reservation will be canceled without refund.
Yes, each tent includes a heater. Guests can request adjustments from their server.
We use non-toxic foam snow machines to create a light snowfall effect in the tent area. Weather conditions may impact timing or visibility.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except for birthday cakes.
Yes — please note any accessibility needs, high chairs, or booster seats when booking.
Each family-style feast includes appetizers, fajita platters with steak, chicken, and shrimp, sides, and dessert.
You may order from the bar menu, kids’ menu, and select sides. Additional entrées are not available unless approved in advance.
The portions are generous and designed for sharing — most groups leave with leftovers.
We do our best to accommodate allergies and special requests, but substitutions are not guaranteed.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Bubble Tent area.
For safety, children must remain supervised and should not run through the tent or tree areas.
Tents are physically limited to 8 guests for safety, comfort, and service access.
Light rain is fine. In severe weather or high winds, reservations may be moved inside or rescheduled with refund options.
Fees apply depending on timing, including a $25 booking fee for changes and up to 100% forfeiture within 7 days.
