Velvet Cactus food is always great. Our service was very good. Margaritas are yummy too. Would recommend this place to EVERYONE!! A must place to visit and eat when visiting New Orleans!! From appetizers to their desserts.

Never a bad time at the Velvet Cactus! Food and service is always outstanding. And the drinks? HUNNY. The bartenders know what’s up. I recommend the strawberry jalapeño margarita with patrón.

The shrimp ceviche and the cauliflower nachos were excellent. I HIGHLY recommend the Watermelon/Mint Margarita!! So delish!
